I personally would recommend HIIT High Intensity Interval Training which is a form of cardio combined with heavy weight training and walking to most people in your situation. If you went from a zero to a 2 though, it sounds like you probably put on more muscle than fat and I bet you look fabulous as is!

Looking for smaller built woman
Earlier in the morning I did a longer weight training session of about a hour ish and maybe 10 or 20 mins over. I also used to have anorexia so I get paranoid not to get into that again. The truth is most forms of training will work for novices in the beginning but the body will adjust quickly and adapt to the various training protocols. Why in the world would u want to go from a 2 to a 0??

Heavy lifting always helps. I eat calories in a day or more and sometimes I try to eat Hey Sahki, I think your calories are too low. Every women who starts lifting needs to give her body time to transition from fat storing to fat burning. Also: As we have talked with more and more women that have experienced getting bigger before smaller, we have learned some other potential reasons for slow progress.
Women who lift get smaller. Not craving anything either. And weightlifting everyday except sundays. It just makes me weak and hard to do anything.
